EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR FIELD LACROSSE
The Oshawa Minor Lacrosse Association is a member of the Ontario Lacrosse Association, and as such our players are required to wear the equipment required by our governing body. Players will only require some basic lacrosse or hockey equipment: hockey helmets with face mask, mouth guard, shoulder pads, arm guards, gloves, kidney/back pads, athletic support and cup. A lacrosse stick and cleats are also required. Most players, except goaltenders, use the same equipment in both box and field.
